Purchase Management

Thanks to this screen, the innovative system provides you with suggestions so that you can make the most accurate purchase by performing some analyzes in line with the sales movements and speeds of the products, the sales data of the previous periods, and, if any, your purchase agreements, and can pass this offer to the supplier company as an order with a single click.

Price Management

Price Management allows you to make permanent or temporary changes to the sales prices of products based on the specified criteria by utilizing numerous calculation tools. Among these are "Card Price," "Historical Price," and "Special Price" The system can round the numbers or apply psychological prices when producing new prices as a result of the calculation. This feature is also accessible via the "Invoice" screen. When you purchase a new sales item, you can have the system compute and then approve the new applicable sales prices.

Invoice Control

The function of invoice control is to determine price differences based on a comparison of purchasing conditions and to issue a price difference/debit note invoice to prevent loss. The screen displays a list of the lines in the purchase invoice. In terms of comparison, there are two parts: what should happen and what occurred as the buying price. Phoenix takes into account the price difference for each line and the total price difference amount by performing the necessary checks and comparisons depending on the Last Purchase Conditions from the Subjected Company, the Last Purchase Conditions from Different Companies, the Purchase Agreements, and the Order Conditions. If desired, you can generate the price difference invoice by tapping a single button.

Turnover Bonus Management

You can create turnover and premium agreements with the companies for the periods you specify, and record your income item information such as shelf space pricing. With the agenda view, Phoenix will provide you with all the transactions on the annual calendar and will issue your invoice to the company with a single click.

Ordering on Autopilot

It is our software feature that determines the products required by the stores by examining the available data as a result of the number of products available in the stores, the number of products in the warehouses, and the sales data transfer made following the store sales, and then automatically creates the order documents associated with them.
